Military Physical Performance Prep

Military service members have unique performance requirements and therefore unique nutrition needs. Individual counseling focused on tactical nutrition, wellness and training is available for both candidates and active service members. Nutrition guidance will be tailored specific to the individual’s work environment, physical demands, nutrition needs, and personal goals.

Topics discussed may include but are not limited to:

  • Tactical nutrition

  • Boot camp/OCS prep

  • Training nutrition/strategies

  • Weight management

  • Weight inclusive Medical Nutrition Therapy

  • Lab review if applicable

Initial video session: 60-90 min

Follow up session: 30-45 min
