Chelsie Woodmansee RDN, CD

Chelsie is the founder and operator of Topflight Performance Nutrition LLC. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in evidenced-based sports/performance nutrition and Medical Nutrition Therapy. She is experienced in individual nutrition counseling, group education, intuitive eating principles, and fitness coaching.

As a runner, cyclist, triathlete, and skier, Chelsie understands the relationship between fueling for performance and overall wellness. She is determined to help others meet their performance related goals through healthy living and sustainable habits. Her practice strongly supports an All Foods Fit approach and Health at Every Size (HAES).

When she is not coaching others or training herself, she enjoys horseback riding, camping, reading, or flying with her pilot husband.

Education

  • BS Dietetics from Utah State University

  • BS Human Movement Science from Utah State University

  • AAS from Eastern Idaho Technical College

  • Dietetic Internship with Utah State University: Over 1200 hours of supervised practice

Credentials

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed by CDR (Credentialing of Dietetic Registration)

  • Certified Dietitian by the Utah Department of Commerce DOPL

  • ServSafe Manager by American National Standards Institute
