Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is an opportunity to meet 1-on-1 with an expert in food and nutrition. Every person is a unique individual and therefore one nutrition plan will not work for everyone. The Registered Dietitian can help you create a tailored plan to meet your specific fueling, training, exercise or health related goals.

This nutrition program is an 12-week or 16-week commitment. The 12-week program consists of 1 initial visit, 5 follow-up visits, and messaging support throughout. The 16-week program consists of 1 initial visit, 7 follow-up visits, and messaging support throughout. Additional sessions can be added and will be charged per session. Counseling is available for athletes and individuals ages 14+ y/o. Topics discussed can include but are not limited to:

  • Sports nutrition/fueling strategies

  • Race day fueling plan

  • Meal/snack ideas

  • Intuitive Eating

  • Weight inclusive Medical Nutrition Therapy

  • Lab review if applicable

Sport specific nutrition coaching is available for but not limited to:

  • Triathlon

  • Running

  • Cycling

  • Football

  • Basketball

  • Wrestling

  • Volleyball

  • Soccer

  • Skiing

  • Resistance Training
